📌 Job Title: Bookkeeper (Financial Data Management)
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper who specializes in financial data management—not an executive assistant role. The ideal candidate must be highly analytical, organized, and confident working with numbers, reports, and financial tools.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and organize financial data, reports, and spreadsheets
• Perform audits and verify accuracy of financial records
• Track costs, expenses, and performance metrics
• Prepare financial summaries and data-driven insights
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure data integrity
• Work with Excel and accounting tools to generate reports
• Build and manage Pivot Tables, charts, and dashboards
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Requirements:
• Strong bookkeeping and financial data management experience
• Advanced Excel skills — must be VERY familiar with Pivot Tables
• Comfortable analyzing numbers, financial performance, and cost metrics
• Experience with accounting tools/software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Very good English pronunciation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
