Position Overview:

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently, and working in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities:

Full-cycle bookkeeping up to balance sheet

Bank, credit card, vendor, and customer reconciliations

Ongoing bookkeeping for group companies and subsidiaries

Working with multiple currencies and intercompany transactions

Invoicing, revenue processes, and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Preparation and submission of reports to authorities (VAT, Income Tax, Sales tax, etc.)

Month-end close and ongoing financial reporting

Working with NetSuite and external advisors

Requirements:

4-8 years of bookkeeping / accounting experience

Previous experience in a high-tech company

Experience with full-cycle bookkeeping up to balance sheet

Experience working with multiple currencies and group structures

Hands-on experience with NetSuite

Good English (written and spoken)

Strong Excel skills
