About the Role
CityParking Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a hands-on, in-person role responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of a dynamic parking management company. You’ll own the accounts payable function while also taking an active role in accounts receivable — helping keep our financials clean, our vendors happy, and our revenue flowing. Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
Record and process vendor invoices, expenses, and payables accurately and on time using BILL
Communicate directly with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies, missing documentation, and billing errors
Maintain organized records of all payables and ensure proper coding to the correct accounts or facilities
Process check runs and electronic payments in accordance with company schedules
Accounts Receivable
Generate and send client invoices for parking management fees and related services
Follow up on outstanding balances and maintain an organized aging report
Assist with reconciling client payments against management agreements and contracts
Identify and escalate collection issues as needed
General Bookkeeping
Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly using QuickBooks Online
Assist with month-end close processes
Support management with financial reporting and ad hoc analysis
Maintain accurate and organized records across all accounting platforms
Qualifications
2+ years of bookkeeping, AP, or accounting experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online required; experience with BILL strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable communicating professionally with vendors and clients
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Experience in property management, parking, or real estate is a plus
What We Offer
Competitive pay: $26.00–$29.00/hour depending on experience w/ Paid Time Off and Health and Dental
