We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in all accounting transactions. This role involves maintaining general ledgers, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with monthly financial reporting to support accurate business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records including accounts payable and receivable
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and reconcile bank statements
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Assist with payroll processing and tax filings as needed
• Collaborate with external accountants during audits or tax season
• Monitor and manage company expenses and reimbursements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential financial data with integrity
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Requirements:
• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
• Understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
