The Opportunity:

You will join a specialist team, receive full training in all aspects of the role and industry and work alongside highly talented and passionate professionals.
The Role:
• Taking client shift requirements and entering them into the system.
• Finding staff members (Carers and Nurses) to fill the shifts.
• Using influencing skills to maximise care coverage
• Working at fast pace and under pressure
• Confirming shifts with clients.
• Confirming shifts with staff members.
• Managing and organising large, dynamic and often complex client rotas.
• Rearranging shift bookings to ensure maximum shift coverage.
• Encouraging staff members to cover shifts when necessary
The Person:
• A background in professional care, ideally with some experience in care coordination.
• A confident persona.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A highly competitive spirit, the desire to work towards goals and the stamina to excel in a fast-moving environment
• Resilience, urgency and a desire to maximise the care provided to vulnerable people.
