Job Functions
The Influencer Partnership Specialist will lead all influencer negotiations for the client, ensuring fair and strategic partnerships across divisions for our client LÓREAL This role focuses on cost optimization, relationship building, and fostering synergies while maintaining accurate industry benchmarks through tools such as MAIA and Traackr.
Key Responsibilities:
• Influencer Negotiations & Cost Management:
• Negotiate influencer collaborations based on KPIs and rate cards established by the client and local industry benchmarks.
• Analyze historical data to ensure cost efficiency and maximize budget utilization.
• Optimize costs while maintaining high-quality partnerships and achieving agreed-upon cost KPIs with a brand, division and cross division mindset
• Relationship Building:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Foster collaborative and human connections between the client brands and content creators.
• Collaboration & Strategy:
• Work closely with the Account Supervisors and Account Executives to align on campaign objectives and influencer selection.
• Ensure synergies across client divisions and brands to achieve optimal results.
• Utilize tools like Maia and Traackr to maintain accurate and up-to-date benchmarks aligned with industry standards.
