We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Booking Assistant to join our Phoenix team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating bookings, managing schedules, and ensuring all logistical arrangements are handled efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage booking schedules and appointments
