Position: Bookkeeper / Data Entry
Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
Full-Time, Remote Work.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update financial records by performing data entry for accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of all financial documents.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
• Manage payroll data entry, ensuring timely and accurate processing of wages and deductions.
• Support the accounting team in daily operational tasks, including filing and organizing digital records.
• Input and update customer and vendor information in accounting software.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or data entry roles.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
