Job Title: Boilermaker (2 Positions Available)

Location: Orla, Texas (ZIP 79770)

Project Duration: March 22 – March 28 (7 Days)

Shift: 12-Hour Shifts (1 Day Shift / 1 Night Shift)

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: (based on experience and skill level)

• Overtime: Paid after 8 hours per day

• Per Diem: $75 per day (for associates residing 75+ miles from the jobsite)

• Travel & Lodging: Provided and paid by the company

Job Overview

1 Resource Group is seeking two experienced Boilermakers to support a short-term industrial project in Orla, Texas. Selected candidates will assist welders and support work on brazed aluminum heat exchangers in a heavy industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist welders with tools and equipment

• Support installation and maintenance of brazed aluminum heat exchangers

• Perform general boilermaker duties in an industrial construction setting

• Follow safety protocols and wear required protective equipment

• Participate in project setup and safety training

Schedule

• Travel Date: Saturday, March 21

• Project Setup & Training: Sunday, March 22

• Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts through March 28

Requirements:
Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Boilermaker experience required

• Experience in heavy industrial or industrial construction environments

• Ability to work long shifts in demanding conditions

• Must wear fire-retardant (FR) clothing

• No TWIC card required

Pay: $28-$30 DOE

Per Diem: $75 per day as long as the associate is 75 miles away from jobsite. The company will set up and pay for Hotel.

Additional Details:

No TWIC required. The company pays for travel and hotel. Looking for someone with Experience of 5-10 years as boiler maker. Fire retardant clothing. Heavy Industrial or Industrial construction experience. Working on Brazed Aluminum heat exchangers. Will be traveling Saturday up there 3/21. Sunday 3/22 begin set up and training. Associates will be assisting the welders with tools. Straight time the first 8 hours and Overtime for anything over 8 hours. 1 for days and 1 for nights working a 12 hour shift.
