Restaurant BOH Prep & Line Cooks
What we offer:
$18.75/hour base plus $3-$4/hr. in tips

Responsibilities:
Prepare all served food
Follow detailed recipes for scratch kitchen
Cook food, manage production & presentation of all food on the line
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect, clean, and maintain food preparation areas
Ensure food is stored and cooked at proper temperatures
Ensure the freshness and quality of food by tasting
Requirements:
At least 16 years old
Ability to adapt and follow instructions
Ability to move freely around the kitchen
Ability to lift loads of 25-50 pounds
Ability to operate kitchen equipment including fryers, grills, and more
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well in a team environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cooking and culinary arts a plus
Knowledge of kitchen equipment
High-level knife skills
Strong attention to detail
