Boeing Global Services Experienced Business Operations Specialist

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Business Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations team, located in Dallas. TX. This position will have the unique opportunity the support the BGS Supply Chain Government Execution leadership team run their business, manage priorities, and maintain an integrated operating rhythm.
Position Responsibilities:
• Communicate with senior/executive leaders and deliver concise executive briefings and presentations
• Serve as a cross‑functional liaison to coordinate projects, align stakeholders, and drive timely completion
• Lead projects end‑to‑end: define scope, schedule work, track progress, and escalate issues
• Collect, clean, synthesize, and analyze data to produce actionable insights and recommendations
• Develop, maintain, and report KPIs/dashboards to track program and operational performance
• Produce clear written communications (briefs, memos, status reports) tailored to executives
• Handle confidential information with discretion and follow information‑security practices
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
• 3+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
• 3+ years of experience in driving risk/issue/opportunity (RIO) items to closure through stakeholder coordination and action tracking
• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
• 3+ years of experience, skill, and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data
• 3+ years of experience with development and integration of plans, strategies, processes, and/or KPIs across programs to track process to and enable attainment of goals
• 3+ years of experience in the handling and the safeguarding of proprietary and confidential information
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Highly intuitive and proactive in anticipating others’ needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, work well with various personality types and receptive to feedback
• Experience working in a Supply Chain environment, preferably Supplier Management
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel as a data manipulation tool (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charting, etc.); experience with data visualization tools is a plus (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to analyze data
• High level of digital proficiency
• Bachelor's Degree

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $101,150 – $136,850
