For our team in Stuttgart, we are looking for Vinyl Flooring Installer / Floor Renovator on a full-time basis.

Aufgaben:

Vorbereitung der Böden durch Reinigung, Nivellierung und Entfernung alter Beläge

Genaues Messen und Zuschneiden von Vinylbodenmaterialien

Fachgerechte Verlegung von Vinylböden nach Vorgaben und Sicherheitsstandards

Auftragen von Klebstoffen und Versiegelungen

Reparatur und Instandhaltung bestehender Böden

Einsatz von Hand- und Elektrowerkzeugen (z. B. Schneidegeräte, Spachtel, Nagelpistolen)

Sicherstellung eines sauberen und sicheren Arbeitsumfelds

Kommunikation mit Kunden und Projektleitern

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and removing old flooring

Measure and cut vinyl flooring materials accurately

Install vinyl flooring according to specifications and safety standards

Apply adhesives and sealants

Repair and maintain existing flooring

Use hand and power tools (e.g., cutters, trowels, nail guns)

Ensure a clean and safe work environment

Communicate with clients and project managers

Anforderungen:

Erfahrung in der Verlegung von Vinylböden oder einem ähnlichen Bereich

Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Fähigkeit zum Heben schwerer Materialien

Kenntnisse über Bodenmaterialien und Verlegetechniken

Fähigkeit zum Lesen von Bauplänen und technischen Zeichnungen

Schulabschluss oder gleichwertige Ausbildung

Grundkenntnisse der deutschen Sprache von Vorteil

Requirements:

Experience in vinyl flooring installation or similar field

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials

Knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic German language skills preferred
