• Carry out the function of boat driving.
• Ensure the safety and protection of all passengers on board, communicate politely, and initiate help whenever required.
• Keep record of the trips and boat inventory.
• Supervise and guide the crew members to execute their responsibilities.
• Ensure all equipment onboard is in perfect working condition and the boat is well maintained and clean.
• Any maintenance on the boat should be communicated to the transport manager.
• Ensure to maintain a professional experience with guests and team members according to the set standards and policies.

• Relevant qualifications and driving license (outboard and inboard) 
• Physically fit to work long hours on the sea.
• Able to communicate well with the team and guests. 
• Ability to take responsibility and work under pressure. 
• A friendly, customer-focused attitude with the drive to provide total customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in resort transport will be an added advantage.
