Boat Captain

• Primary responsibility is to assist the Boat Captain administer the day-to-day operations needs of boat and passengers.
• Duties include seeing the safety, satisfaction and comfort of guests during their journey.
• Ensure all equipment on-board are in perfect working condition and the boat is well-maintained and clean.

 

• Must hold a valid license (outboard / Inboard).
• Must hold a valid Certificate in coastal navigation.
• Physically fit and well groomed.
•  Able to communicate well with peers and guests.
• Ability to take responsibility and work under pressure.
• Previous experience in resort transport will be an added advantage
• A friendly, customer focused attitude with the drive to provide total customer satisfaction
• Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient
• Excellent communication skills & a high standard of grooming and presentation
• The ability and flexibility to work in a 24 hour, 7 day working environment
