Established and Highly Respected Team Looking for a School & Community-Based Case Manager
Are you passionate about providing compassionate and effective mental health care to students and families? HWS Best Health Counseling Team is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to work with children and families in the Boardman School District.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide Individual Case Management Support: Address clients' mental health concerns and promote well-being
Family Sessions: Conduct family sessions as needed to address family dynamics and support holistic healing
Support in Crisis Situations: Offer timely support and interventions in crisis situations to ensure clients' safety and well-being
Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with treatment team to support personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique goals and challenges
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (in lieu of a bachelors degree, 3 or more years of experience in the behavioral health field)
Associate’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
Experience working with children, adolescents, and teenagers in a mental health setting
Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency in telehealth platforms for virtual counseling sessions
