The Role of the Board Solution Architect is designed for a technology leader who can seamlessly integrate application development and support with strategic business enablement maximizing system performance and user value while continually seeking new opportunities for growth and competitive differentiation. Lead and elevate end-to-end operations, support, and innovation for Board solutions. Drive business value through outstanding functional and technical expertise, strategic leadership, problem-solving, and proactive identification of business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the support, enhancement, and stability of the Board solution, its integrations, and connected platforms, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
Optimize application reliability and user experience through proactive monitoring, incident response, and continuous process improvement, in collaboration with the Scrum Master and Board Developer.
Manage deployments, upgrades, and ongoing operations within the Board Cloud Infrastructure to maintain secure, efficient, and scalable systems.
Lead the integration of third-party and internal systems by streamlining data flows and automating processes, working closely with the Data Engineer to ensure robust and compliant data architecture.
Collaborate with the Business Analyst to ensure solution design reflects business requirements and supports strategic outcomes.
Analyse complex technical and process issues, uncover root causes, and implement sustainable solutions; apply business impact assessments to turn challenges into innovation catalysts.
Coordinate with the Tester and Board Developer to validate solution performance and ensure readiness for UAT and production deployment.
Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements across all solution components.
Promote adoption of Board platform innovations, best practices, automation, and agile methodologies to drive continuous service improvement.
Drive management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation for transformative initiatives, ensuring successful execution and long-term value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

10+ years of experience
BOARD Solution Architect experience is mandatory
Anaplan experience
Enterprise Performance Management experience, is a good to have
