Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and skilled physician to join our privately-owned dermatology practice in middle Tennessee. We are dedicated to providing top-tier dermatology services in a patient-centered, connected and compassionate manner.

Requirements:

Board certification in dermatology.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical dermatology.

Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Tennessee.

Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of an accredited dermatology residency program.

Strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Proficiency in performing medical dermatology procedures.

Ability to manage a full medical clinic efficiently and effectively.

Adherence to medical ethics and professional standards.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in dermatology.

Submission of letters of recommendation from peers or mentors in the field.

Skills:

Clinical Expertise: Proficiency in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer.

Procedural Skills: Experience with dermatological procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy.

Patient Care: Strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and support staff.

Time Management: Efficiently manage a high patient volume while maintaining quality care in a timely manner.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other medical software, preferably ModMed.
