Job Description

ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa is a dynamic and fast-growing global BPO. We are partnering with a U.S.-based healthcare provider specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The organisation delivers structured, evidence-based therapy programs focused on improving communication, social interaction, independence, and daily living skills through individualized treatment plans led by Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBAs).

We are seeking a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to join our remote clinical team.

This is a mid-to-senior level clinical role focused on:

• Reviewing treatment plans and clinical reports
• Analysing behavioural data

• Supporting clinical quality and oversight across ABA programs

This role is ideal for an experienced BCBA who is confident in data-driven decision-making, report evaluation, and remote clinical collaboration.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
• Power Backup: Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
• Work Environment: Fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review ABA treatment plans for clinical accuracy, completeness, and alignment with best practice standards
• Analyse behavioural data and identify trends to guide treatment adjustments
• Review clinical reports and provide detailed, constructive feedback
• Support development and refinement of Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Oversee and/or contribute to Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) where required

• Proven experience reviewing treatment plans and clinical documentation
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behaviour intervention strategies
• Excellent written communication skills (documentation accuracy is essential)
• Experience working within structured clinical environments
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-based setting

What This Role Is Not:
