We are partnering with a U.S.-based healthcare provider specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The organisation delivers structured, evidence-based therapy programs focused on improving communication, social interaction, independence, and daily living skills through individualized treatment plans led by Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBAs).
We are seeking a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to join our remote clinical team.
This is a mid-to-senior level clinical role focused on:
• Reviewing treatment plans and clinical reports
• Analysing behavioural data
• Providing structured, actionable feedback
• Supporting clinical quality and oversight across ABA programs
This role is ideal for an experienced BCBA who is confident in data-driven decision-making, report evaluation, and remote clinical collaboration.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM South African time – subject to daylight savings).
• Public Holidays: This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA).
• Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
• Power Backup: Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
• Work Environment: Fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review ABA treatment plans for clinical accuracy, completeness, and alignment with best practice standards
• Analyse behavioural data and identify trends to guide treatment adjustments
• Review clinical reports and provide detailed, constructive feedback
• Support development and refinement of Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Oversee and/or contribute to Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) where required
• Collaborate remotely with U.S.-based clinical teams
• Ensure documentation aligns with BACB standards, U.S. regulations, and HIPAA requirements
• Review caregiver and parent training documentation where applicable
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical processes and documentation quality
Requirements:
• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Relevant postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Education, Applied Behaviour Analysis, or equivalent clinical training
• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on ABA clinical experience (preferably with children diagnosed with ASD)
• Proven experience reviewing treatment plans and clinical documentation
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behaviour intervention strategies
• Excellent written communication skills (documentation accuracy is essential)
• Experience working within structured clinical environments
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-based setting

• This is not a junior or entry-level ABA role
• This is not a purely administrative or support position
• This is not a direct, full-time hands-on therapy role
