Infinity Healthcare Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our growing Developmental Disabilities Program (DDP) residential group homes in Montana.
This is a fully remote, flexible position designed for a BCBA who wants to focus on clinical excellence without the burden of administrative responsibilities.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, providing behavioral expertise to support individuals in a residential setting while we manage the day-to-day logistics, staffing, and compliance infrastructure.

How This Role Is Structured
The BCBA will provide services through Infinity Healthcare Services as the enrolled provider agency.
Infinity Healthcare Services will:
Employ and manage RBT staff
Handle scheduling, billing, and administrative operations
The BCBA will:
Provide clinical oversight and supervision
Develop and approve behavior plans
Ensure services meet all professional and regulatory standards
All services are delivered under the agency’s service model, with the BCBA serving as the clinical lead for behavioral services
What Is Expected of You
As the BCBA, your role is strictly clinical and supervisory.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed
Develop, implement, and oversee Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
Provide remote supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with Behavior Analyst Certification Board guidelines
Review, monitor, and approve RBT documentation and session notes
Provide ongoing behavioral consultation to staff and leadership
Participate in virtual interdisciplinary team meetings
Provide guidance during behavioral escalations or crisis situations (as needed)
Ensure compliance with:
Montana DDP requirements
Medicaid standards
Ethical and professional guidelines
What You Will NOT Be Responsible For:
Hiring or staffing
Scheduling
Payroll or billing
Daily operations of the home
Your focus is purely clinical—we handle the rest.
Location Requirement
This is a fully remote position.
Applicants do not need to reside in Montana.
Candidates must:
Be willing to enroll (or be enrollable) as a Montana Medicaid provider, if required
Deliver services in compliance with Montana telehealth and DDP guidelines
Qualifications
Required:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience developing and implementing Behavior Support Plans
Experience supervising RBTs
Strong knowledge of behavioral interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities
Ability to work independently in a remote/telehealth environment
Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience in residential or group home settings
Experience with Medicaid waiver programs
Experience providing remote supervision or telehealth services
Experience working within interdisciplinary care teams
Position Details
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per month to start
Flexible scheduling (asynchronous + virtual meetings)
Fully remote

Compensation
Flexible structure based on candidate preference:
1099 Contractor: $60 – $75 per hour
W-2 Part-Time: Competitive hourly equivalent
