Brooke Charter Schools is a network of four public charter schools, serving grades K-12 in Mattapan, Roslindale, and East Boston. The BCBA Role:
• This is a part-time role
• Conducts behavioral assessments (e.g., FBAs) as needed to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
• Develops behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Collects and reviews treatment fidelity data to ensure consistent application of interventions.
• May attend IEP meetings
• Conducts observations of students and consults with student support staff
• Performs other related duties as requested by the Chief of Student Support or Director of Special Programs
Compensation for this role is $100/per hour
Qualifications:
• BCBA Certification
• Experience working with students who have social, emotional, and behavioral challenges in a public school setting
• A shared dedication to the Brooke Charter School philosophy and mission

• Ability to efficiently write comprehensive and informative FBA and BIPs that contain appropriate goals
• Excellent skills in the areas of teamwork, oral and written communication, and organization
