What You’ll Do
Clinical Impact
Design and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Apply advanced ABA strategies and update interventions
Collaborate with families and lead training/workshops
Leadership & Mentorship
Supervise, coach, and train Behavior Technicians and junior BCBAs
Mentor team members and lead clinical best practice discussions
Support professional growth across the team
Operations & Collaboration
Manage caseload, billable hours, and schedules effectively
Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
Participate in clinic initiatives, research, and program development
Ensure client safety and lead crisis management when needed
What We’re Looking For
Current BCBA/LBA certification (required — no LABAs at this time)
1+ year experience working with neurodiverse children
Passion for working in clinic, home, and school settings
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Growth mindset and commitment to ongoing learning
Reliable transportation
Schedule:
25–40 hours/week, Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Location: Issaquah, WA (in-person role across clinic + community settings)
Compensation & Benefits
$48–$53/hour (based on experience)
