What You’ll Do
• Conduct assessments and implement individualized behavioral interventions for children with ASD and related developmental needs
• Deliver ABA services in home and community settings
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs
• Partner with families to ensure consistency and progress across environments
• Collaborate with childcare staff to support classroom success
What You Bring
• Active BCBA certification
• Strong organizational, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel between partner childcare locations (additional compensation provided)
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical, and family-centered care
Compensation & Benefits
• Starting salary of $85,000, with tiered increases based on certification year
• $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid at 3 and 6 months
• $1,500 CEU reimbursement, including conference travel expenses
• Mileage reimbursement for required travel
