Requirements:

Programming implementation of Autistic individuals up to the age of 21

Collaboration and coordination of care with a multi-disciplinary team

Thorough clinical assessment and development of an Individualized Treatment Plan

Oversight of the implementation of the Treatment Plan

Knowledge of formal assessment tools

Ability to transfer skills to parents

Provide supervision to individuals who provide Behavioral Health Technician services

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field

BCBA Certification (or in the process of certification)

LBS License in Pennsylvania (or in the process of licensure)

A passion for providing high clinical outcomes for the clients we serve

Passionate drive for development of supervised staff

Valid Driver's License

Reliable, Independent Transportation
