What You’ll Do:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized treatment plans

Oversee and coach RBTs on plan implementation and clinical techniques

Deliver parent/caregiver training with compassion and skill

Monitor progress through data analysis and reassessments

Maintain BACB certification and supervision requirements

Work collaboratively with schools, caregivers, and internal teams
