We're seeking highly qualified and motivated BCaBAs to lead and grow our ABA program at our Cypress clinic. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and thrive in a collaborative, safe, friendly, and fun work environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children, creating personalized treatment plans based on assessment and data analysis.

Collect and record data during each 1:1 teaching session, ensuring the effectiveness of interventions.

Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other team members to deliver high-quality care.

Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

Current and valid certification as a BCaBA awarded by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Basic Physical Requirements:

Maintain various postures such as kneeling, sitting, standing, and squatting for extended periods.

Regularly walk and run for extended periods.

Transition from sitting to standing independently.

Utilize quick body movements as required by behavior intervention plans.

Lift a minimum of 25 pounds and transfer/position/transport patients and adaptive equipment.

Have the visual ability to read and understand written communication via electronic devices and paper means.

Possess the manual dexterity to perform electronic device functions such as data collection.
