💰 $65,000 – $75,000 annually + incentives

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a growing ABA agency providing compassionate, evidence-based services to children and young adults with Autism. We value collaboration, clinical growth, and strong team support.

We’re hiring a BCaBA for a full-time, hybrid role where you’ll support clinical programming, work closely with BCBAs, and grow your skills; with scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams in place to support you.

What You’ll Do

Lead nd supervise clinical care BTs/RBTs for a manageable caseload (10–15 clients)

Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week

Support assessments and treatment plan implementation under BCBA guidance

Track and review client progress

Collaborate with families and clinical team members

Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery

What We’re Looking For

Active BCaBA certification (BACB)

ABA experience preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Comfortable traveling throughout Los Angeles and Orange County
