Apoyar al equipo de Entrega de DA (Data Acquisition) familiarizándolo con los procesos específicos para Proyectos y las responsabilidades administrativas de todos los servicios de recolección, y ejecutarlos en coordinación con los recursos locales de Entrega, según los plazos acordados.

Responsabilidades:

• Realizar un seguimiento de la configuración del proyecto a nivel nacional junto con el COE (Center of Excellence) de DA (Data Acquisition) y el equipo de Entrega de DA para cada proyecto y apoyar el seguimiento del progreso de cada uno.
• Comunicar el progreso del proyecto a las partes interesadas con una frecuencia alineada para cada proyecto.
• Extraer el número de tiendas cargadas por los auditores senior y compartir los errores cuestionables (si el porcentaje de error es alto) con los Analistas, auditores senior y líderes de proveedores según la frecuencia deseada. 
• Extraer datos para proyectos y coordinarlos con los involucrados y realizar un seguimiento del cierre.
• Familiarizar el proceso de verificación retrospectiva física para todos los servicios.
• Apoyar a los miembros del equipo de campo en caso de que surjan problemas relacionados con la administración: todas las tareas administrativas, excepto la gestión de recursos y la programación de reuniones.
• Responsable del cálculo de costos y la viabilidad, y del apoyo y la coordinación necesarios para poder lanzar los Proyectos Especiales en Campo.

Comprender detalladamente las excepciones, matices, plazos, requisitos, etc., a nivel nacional, y colaborar con su gerente para estandarizar las operaciones futuras.

Requisitos:

• Licenciatura conlcuida: Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería, Gestión de Proyectos o a fin.
• 2-3 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos (preferiblemente en investigación de mercados)
• Inglés Intermedio
• Dominio de las suites de Microsoft Office
• Esquema Híbrido.
