Role Purpose
The BMS Team Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of Tier 1 BMS NOC Engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of EXA’s global network facilities. This role involves overseeing day-to-day monitoring, incident management, and performance reporting, while driving continuous improvement and team development.
Key responsibilities
· Lead and manage a team of BMS NOC Engineers working in a shift-based environment.
· Ensure timely and effective monitoring and resolution of Building & Ancillary (B&A) alarms across the EXA network.
· Oversee ticketing processes, incident escalations, and coordination with Field Operations and vendors.
· Review and audit trouble tickets for quality and completeness prior to closure.
· Drive performance reporting and analysis of First Line Maintenance (FLM) providers.
· Support the development and enhancement of monitoring systems and operational processes.
· Ensure compliance with EXA’s security policies and incident reporting protocols.
· Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members.
· Maintain high standards of documentation, handovers, and operational continuity.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Individual Profile
Experience
Proven experience in leading technical teams within a telecom or ISP operations environment.
Strong understanding of BMS systems, facilities management, and network monitoring tools (e.g., Azeti, SMARTS, Automation).
Knowledge of power systems, cooling systems, security systems, and PLC controllers.
Familiarity with Salesforce ticketing systems
Experience working in a shift-based or 24/7 operational environment.
Skills & Proficiencies

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
