We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical BMS Operator to join our facilities management team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining our Building Management System to ensure optimal performance of all building systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to respond efficiently to system alerts and maintenance requirements.

• Monitor and operate Building Management System (BMS) platforms to ensure continuous functionality of HVAC, lighting, security, and other building automation systems
• Analyze system data and performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and potential issues requiring attention
• Respond promptly to system alarms and alerts, troubleshooting problems and implementing corrective actions
• Maintain detailed logs and documentation of system operations, maintenance activities, and any incidents or anomalies
• Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal building performance and energy efficiency
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues and system failures
• Generate regular reports on system performance, energy consumption, and operational efficiency for management review
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and building management procedures
• Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and modifications as directed
• Maintain organized records of all system configurations, passwords, and technical documentation

• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience operating Building Management Systems in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation, and facility operations
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, system schematics, and control logic diagrams
• Familiarity with energy management principles and optimization techniques
• Experience with multiple BMS platforms (such as Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or Siemens) is preferred
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and best practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• BMS certification or equivalent formal training is preferred
• Ability to respond to emergency situations and work flexible hours when required
