We’re looking for a skilled BMS Engineer to take the lead on configuring, programming, and commissioning Building Management Systems primarily Honeywell and Johnson Controls platforms. If you're passionate about smart building technologies and enjoy working hands on with HVAC systems, control devices, and networked automation systems, this role is for you.

Requirements:
• Program and commission Honeywell (EBI/CIPer) and Johnson Controls (Metasys) BMS systems.
• Develop and review sequences of operation, control logic, wiring diagrams, and I/O schedules.
• Troubleshoot and maintain BMS components including controllers, sensors, actuators, and field devices.
• Integrate building systems such as HVAC, fire alarms, lighting, and energy meters using BACnet and Modbus protocols.
• Support the development of remote monitoring solutions and cloud-based integrations.
• Participate in project planning, system testing, documentation, and final handover.
• Collaborate with consultants, facility managers, contractors, and internal automation teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in BMS installation, programming, and commissioning.
• Strong working knowledge of Honeywell EBI/CIPer and Johnson Controls Metasys systems.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, control panels, and related field devices.
• Proficient in communication protocols like BACnet (IP/MSTP), Modbus RTU/TCP, and IP networking.
• Ability to read and create technical documentation, including schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and on-site testing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with SCADA systems or energy management platforms.
• Experience building or customizing BMS dashboards or HMIs.
• Professional certifications in Honeywell or Johnson Controls systems.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
