The BLTN NextGen Site Mentor coordinates youth social action activities at key BLTN NextGen sites across the country.

Core Responsibilities:

• ​​Leads team of youth committed to literacy-based social action projects

• ​Coordinates events, speakers, gatherings for youth development

• ​Manages NextGen site budget

• ​Coordinates travel for NextGen youth from site to NextGen youth gatherings
