About the position
Location: Hugoton, Kansas
Salary : $20.00 -24.00 hourly
Blow Mold Operator – Aseptic Coffee Creamer Line
Join our fast‑paced manufacturing team as a Blow Mold Operator! You’ll operate and maintain blow‑molding equipment to produce high‑quality containers for our aseptic coffee creamer line. Responsibilities include machine setup/startup/shutdown, monitoring key performance parameters, performing quality checks for defects, and ensuring containers meet strict aseptic requirements. You’ll also troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and support sanitation and safety standards including GMP, HACCP, and SQF.
What You Need:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in blow molding, plastics, or food/beverage packaging
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with automated equipment
• Ability to lift 55 lbs. and work in varying temperatures
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and overtime
• Attention to Detail is a MUST.
Preferred: Aseptic/dairy experience, knowledge of molding technologies, resin handling, or quality testing.
