Bloomwell - React/Node Fullstack Engineer (m/w/d)*

Your mission:
We are looking for someone who:
• Understands and can anticipate the complexities of distributed asynchronous systems.
• Would not need instruction on how to set up or work with modern tech. This means everything from testing, localization,  tooling, CI pipelines and so on. These are just “the way you work”
• Thrives in an environment of freedom to take ownership and make the choices required to deliver the highest value at the lowest cost and risk to our users.
• Values an iterative approach to solving a problem, validating the value and moving forwards.
• Is an engineer not bound by labels. We are looking for people with a good foundation of programming practices that can work on front end, dev ops, back end or native app problems to name a few examples. They would not be expected to be a “guru” at something right off the bat, but they would be expected to not fear diving into something new. Our Tech Stack is based on TypeScript, ReactJS, nodeJS, PHP, AWS and Flutte but this position will mostly working with React JS and node JS. 
• Is a critical thinker who will design solutions that represent the business domain.
• Is stakeholder centric when trying to solve problems for them. This would mean wanting to truly understand the business domain and get as much information as possible from stakeholders before implementation of a solution.
• Is an exceptional communicator. They will need to have a fluent grasp of English and German would be a plus. This is integral to stakeholder centricity as communication is going to lead to the right solutions.
• Ideally would have a good history of working directly with departments like data analytics so when building software they have them in mind as part of the solution.
