Blockchain Indexing Specialist (SVM & EVM)

Location: Remote - Can do at least 4 hours overlap between 10am-6pm Brazilian time

Compensation: $220K - $300K

We are looking for a Blockchain Indexing Specialist to join our core engineering team. In this role, you won’t just be maintaining systems; you’ll be architecting the indexing layer for hundreds of chains and billions of transactions. Your mission is to ensure we remain the fastest platform in the industry by building high-performance, low-latency indexers that stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scale Global Indexing: Build and maintain real-time indexers for 100+ chains, spanning both SVM and EVM environments.
• Master the SVM: Take full ownership of Solana indexing, ensuring high-fidelity data capture in one of the highest-throughput environments in crypto.
• Optimize for Speed: Obsess over millisecond improvements and system reliability to maintain our competitive edge.
• Production Excellence: Manage and scale production-ready, high-load environments that handle massive data spikes without breaking a sweat.

Requirements:
We are looking for a battle-tested engineer who has navigated the "dark forest" of blockchain data.

• Golang Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Go is a non-negotiable. You should be highly comfortable building low-latency, high-concurrency systems.
• Solana Expertise: Deep, architectural understanding of the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM). Experience with Solana is an absolute requirement; you must understand its unique performance bottlenecks and nuances.
• Proven Track Record: You have built real-world, production-grade indexers from the ground up. You know how to handle reorgs, manage RPC stability, and ensure data consistency across distributed systems.
• Full-Stack Awareness: Proficiency in TypeScript for maintaining and integrating with existing services.
• DeFi Fluency: A strong grasp of DeFi primitives, including AMMs, order books, and liquidity pools.
• Crypto Native: You are deeply embedded in the ecosystem and understand the urgency of the 24/7 crypto markets.
