Team Overview
Our Blackstone Legal Fellowship recruitment team is committed to identifying and equipping the next generation of Christian leaders in law. You’ll play a crucial role in executing strategic recruitment efforts to attract top law students from premier law schools nationwide. Reporting to the Director of Blackstone Recruitment & Internship, you will engage with students, build key relationships, and oversee the Law School Prep Academy Program.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of the Blackstone job board, including but not limited to, updating employment profiles of Fellows as they change with the Alumni team, particularly with the firm setting, work cross-team with the Creative Team on Professional Development documents with annual updates, law firm interview process, clerkship interview introductions.
• In alignment with the Blackstone professional development strategy, track for the VP of the Blackstone Legal Fellowship Fellows in career transitions and, if needed, connect them with various members of ADF, Professional Advisors, and Allies.
• Maintain and track accurate data for the relevant monthly reports on clerkships and the job board.
• Manage data from reliance into Airtable monthly and filter data.
• Serve as a secondary point of contact, if needed, for applicants for the Blackstone Legal Fellowship-related summer internship opportunities during each cycle and develop a level of knowledge of the applicants and internship opportunities.
• Oversee professional development projects, initiatives, and in-person events.
Minimum Qualifications
• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelors Degree
Preferred Qualifications
• Understanding of the Blackstone Legal Fellowship
• Basic understanding of the judicial system.
• Exceptional communication which inspires confidence and builds relationships readily
• Results-oriented and a self-starter who enjoys a challenge and is dedicated to “getting stuff done.”
• Strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to interface with all levels internally and externally in the broader legal community.
• Excellent attention to detail
