We are building the future of health and wellness.
Birdman is inviting a small, highly selective group of top candidates to join a leadership track designed for exceptional builders with the ambition and capability to grow fast and make an outsized impact. This is not a traditional rotational program. It is a 24-month MBA Leadership Development Program built to fast-track top talent into critical leadership roles across Birdman. You won’t rotate to observe—you’ll rotate to own, build, and deliver results.
We will select only one candidate per area.

The Program
Over 24 months, you will rotate roles within 1–2 core business functions, taking on high-impact roles with real scope, high expectations, and direct exposure to senior leadership.

As part of the application process, candidates will be asked to select 2–3 areas of strongest interest. We will take these preferences into account and aim to place each candidate in a role where they can build deep expertise and grow from within over time, rather than simply rotate without continuity.
This program is designed as a mini-GM training ground, where you will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution.
Some roles may include direct ownership of a channel, initiative, geography, or business area early on. Others may be more cross-functional in nature. But across all roles, the standard is the same: big scope, high expectations, and real accountability.

Own and scale one of Birdman’s fastest-growing and most data-driven engines across DTC and marketplaces.
• Drive full-funnel growth across paid, organic, and retention channels
• Own performance marketing strategy and budget allocation
• Improve CAC, CVR, AOV, LTV, and contribution margin through experimentation
• Lead marketplace growth through SEO, ranking, pricing, promotions, and listing optimization
• Build analytical frameworks and dashboards to improve decision-making
• Support ecommerce expansion into new geographies

Sales & Commercial Strategy
Drive revenue growth across key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
• Own commercial performance across accounts, categories, or markets

• Lead negotiations and strategic relationships

Requirements:
Basic:
• Master's Degree. MBA preferred. Top GPA valued.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic business development, consulting, general management, or a related field. Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• Alternatively, a top GPA MBA graduate from a top Business School and or senior experience at a top employer such as Amazon, Google, or a top consulting firm.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, market research, and industry reports to inform strategic decision-making.
• Full-English professional proficiency.
• Advanced Excel and Analytics skills.
• Great presentation and drafting skills.
• Process orientation and intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with project management tools and methods.
