Bingo Floor Associate

JOB FUNCTION:

Incumbent is responsible for the sales of all bingo paper, instants and electronic bingo devices on the bingo floor and at the register. Responsible for large sums of money on a daily basis. Provides excellent customer service to guests. Must follow the rules and regulations as set forth by the regulatory bodies. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Seneca Gaming and Entertainment’s policies and procedures, NIGC Minimum Internal Control Standards, and SGA Tribal Internal Control Standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience preferred. Must possess excellent math skills. A positive personality and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment a plus! Experience with computers necessary. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
