The pay range per hour is $17.98 - $30.48

A role with Target Printing Services means that you’ll be part of a team that leads Target’s Value communication strategy and brings holistic promotional and value stories to life for Target’s guests. 

As a Bindery Specialist (Litho Mount Specialist), you will assist the Litho Mount Operator in finishing printed materials on the litho mount press. In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Setting up jobs, making ready, and following all ticket instructions to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time.

• Working side by side with the Litho Mount Operator to mount litho sheets to corrugate produced for Target stores.

• Maintaining or exceeding all quality standards and maintaining strict adherence to all operational, safety, and quality procedures.

• Troubleshooting and making simple repairs as necessary.

• Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area.

• Helping in other work areas if needed to support business needs.

About you:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Able to work and follow prescribed processes and direction independently with minimal supervision.

• Attention to detail.

• Able to read, understand and follow job instructions.

• Able to lift 50+ pounds.

• Able to work 12 hour shifts and stand for long periods of time.

• Preferred experience running or assisting litho mount press, but not necessary.
