Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Who may apply

Current university students and recent graduate

Responsibilities::
• Assist in managing social media accounts (Twitter, Xiaohongshu, Wechat channels etc.) 管理公司社交媒体账号（Twitter、小红书、视频号等）

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content. 创作、策划并定期发布优质内容

• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages.监控社交媒体动态，回复评论和消息

• Perform market research and analyze social media trends.进行市场调研，分析社交媒体趋势

• Support in planning and executing social media campaigns.支持社交媒体活动的策划和执行

• Track and report on key metrics to measure success.追踪和报告关键数据，衡量推广效果

Requirements::
• Successful experience in growing social media accounts, especially in videos, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), or AI-related content is preferred. 有社交媒体相关账号成功增长经验，视频，小红书，AI方向为佳；

• Experience in social media content creation, with the ability to independently produce creative content. 社媒内容创作经验，能够独立生产创意内容

• Very strong execution ability and quick response skills. 有极强的执行能力和反应速度

• Experience or awareness in communication and user service.具备沟通、服务用户的经验或意识

• Basic industry knowledge and a good understanding of industry trends and hotspots; deeper involvement in transactions and on-chain activities is a plus. 有行业基础，对行业知识和热点有充分的了解，交易、链上深度玩家加分
