About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who may apply
Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and maintenance of our products, using frontend tech stack (TS, React, etc) and NodeJS.
• Collaborate closely with Binance Wallet team and local team to ensure seamless implementation of new features and user interfaces.
• Work with cross-functional teams (such as security, IT, infra, etc) to identify and solve other issuesContinuously learn and keep up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.

Requirements:
• Participate in the development and maintenance of frontend products using diverse technologies.
• Collaborate closely with product and local teams to implement new features and user interfaces smoothly.
• Work with cross-functional teams (security, IT, infrastructure, etc.) to identify and resolve issues.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, AI tools, and best practices.

Nice to have:
• Passionate about frontend development; open to any tech stack (no strict limitation).
• Proficient in at least one frontend technology or framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) or willing to learn quickly.
• Must be skilled in using AI tools to assist and enhance development processes.
• Strong learning ability, proactive attitude, and good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to leverage AI tools and technologies to improve development efficiency and innovation; those who contribute in open-source communities are preferred.
• Have good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Available for 4-5 days per week, minimum 3 months.
