About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Responsibilities::
• Assist in managing and supporting affiliate marketing campaigns and partnerships;Help coordinate communication and collaboration with affiliate partners and influencers;

• Monitor and report on affiliate performance metrics and campaign results;

• Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials and content;

• Assist in tracking referral activities and ensuring accurate reward distribution;

• Conduct market research to identify potential affiliate partners and opportunities;

• Help maintain and update affiliate databases and documentation;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, legal, and product to ensure campaign compliance and effectiveness;

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new affiliate marketing strategies.

Requirements::
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field;

• Strong interest in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and the crypto/Web3 industry;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities;

• Understanding on social media platforms and influencer marketing best practices;

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment;

• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage;

• Previous internship or experience in marketing or affiliate programs is a big plus but not required.
