About Your Role

The BIM Modeling Manager – Construction & Aviation Infrastructure leads the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling processes across construction projects and manages BIM teams supporting digital coordination and project delivery.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

What You’ll Need to Get the Job Done

10+ years BIM experience on large construction projects

Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination platforms

Experience managing BIM teams and digital project workflows

What You’ll Do

Develop and implement BIM standards and workflows across projects

Lead BIM coordination efforts across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines

Manage BIM coordinators, modelers, and digital construction staff

Conduct clash detection and coordinate model resolution meetings

Develop BIM execution plans and ensure compliance with project requirements

Support construction planning using model-based simulations and visualization

Integrate BIM data with scheduling and project management systems Required Qualifications
