BIM Modeler AVIT & Security

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ELV BIM Modeler to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing detailed 3D BIM models for ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems including ICT, Security, AV, BMS, and Fire Alarm Systems. The role requires strong coordination skills, deep understanding of ELV systems, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Maintain version control and drawing/document issue records in the CDE (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360).
• Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for ELV systems using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Interpret ELV system schematics, layouts, and specifications for accurate model development.
• Coordinate with MEP, Architecture, and Structural disciplines to ensure clash-free ELV model integration.
• Participate in clash detection and resolution meetings; provide solutions and updates as required.
• Collaborate with BIM Coordinators, BIM Managers, and site teams to ensure models reflect design and site requirements.
• Follow and maintain BIM execution plans, modeling standards, and LOD requirements.
• Assist in mentoring junior modelers and guiding them on ELV modeling standards and techniques.
• Support QA/QC checks on ELV BIM outputs to ensure compliance with project requirements

Experience Level: 4+ Years in BIM and ELV Systems
