The BIM Manager is responsible for leading all Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives that support construction planning, coordination, and execution. This role ensures that digital models accurately represent field conditions, support trade coordination, and enhance project outcomes including safety, schedule, cost, and quality. The BIM Manager works closely with project managers, superintendents, foremen, trade partners, and designers to ensure seamless communication between the office and field.

What it takes
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of BIM/VDC experience in the construction industry, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience working closely with field operations, trade partners, and preconstruction teams is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with office and field personnel.
• Ability to lead coordination discussions, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
