Unser Mandant ist ein etabliertes Ingenieur- und Beratungsunternehmen mit Fokus auf die Planung komplexer Gebäudetechnik und die ganzheitliche Optimierung von Immobilien über den gesamten Lebenszyklus. Im Zuge der fortschreitenden Digitalisierung nimmt das Thema BIM eine zentrale Rolle in der Projektabwicklung ein.

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von BIM-Prozessen innerhalb der Projekte
• Koordination interdisziplinärer Modelle aus TGA, Architektur und Tragwerksplanung
• Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungen sowie Kollisionsprüfungen
• Beratung und Unterstützung der Projektteams in BIM-relevanten Themen
• Strukturierung und Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit über die Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von BIM-Standards und -Richtlinien
• Schnittstelle zwischen Planung, Projektleitung und externen Projektbeteiligten

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, der Architektur, Versorgungstechnik oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung im Bereich BIM bzw. modellbasierter Planung, idealerweise aus der Systemplanung kommend
• Sicherer Umgang mit Revit sowie bestenfalls erste Erfahrung mit ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
• Verständnis für Planungsprozesse im Hochbau, idealerweise mit Berührungspunkten zur TGA/HLS
• Strukturierte, kommunikative und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Interesse, Verantwortung im Bereich BIM-Koordination und -Weiterentwicklung zu übernehmen
