Job Opportunity: BIM Manager (Senior Level) 🏗️

A prestigious Multidisciplinary Architectural & Engineering Consulting Firm, established since 1983, is looking for a visionary and highly experienced BIM Manager to lead its digital transformation and BIM strategy in Egypt.

Role Summary:

The BIM Manager will be responsible for the overall BIM strategy, implementation, and management across large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects. This is a leadership role requiring a mix of high-level technical expertise and strategic management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Leadership: Develop and enforce the corporate BIM standards and workflows across all departments.
• BIM Execution Plan (BEP): Author and manage comprehensive BEPs for complex industrial projects.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the entire BIM lifecycle from conceptual design to facility management.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of BIM Coordinators and Modelers, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Clash Resolution: Facilitate high-level interdisciplinary coordination meetings to resolve complex design conflicts.
• R&D: Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies (Digital Twins, 4D/5D BIM) to maintain the firm’s competitive edge.

Requirements:
Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of total experience in the engineering field, with at least 7-10 years specialized in BIM Management.
• Certification: Autodesk Revit Certified Professional (Mandatory).
• Software Mastery: Expert level in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Sector Expertise: Proven track record in Steel Structures, Power Plants, or Heavy Industrial projects.
• Standards: Deep knowledge of ISO 19650 and international BIM standards.
