We are seeking a skilled BIM Designer (Dry Utilities/Electrical) specializing in Infrastructure to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing dry utilities/electrical design drawing & Civil 3D BIM Models for various infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient design processes and high-quality deliverables.

• Proficient enough in handling Civil 3D (Pipe networks- Gravity & Pressure Networks) for Dry utilities related deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for infrastructure projects using industry-standard software
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate various design elements into cohesive BIM models
• Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, standards, and best practices
• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts within the BIM environment
• Generate accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates from BIM models
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM workflows and standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members on BIM-related issues
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends

• Bachelor's/ Diploma degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in BIM (Dry Utilities/Electrical) for infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Civil 3D and Navisworks and Revit
• Strong 3D modelling and visualisation skills
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure design principles and construction processes
• Familiarity with CAD software and ability to work with 2D drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk certifications) preferred
• Demonstrated experience in applying BIM standards and best practices
• Familiar with infrastructure projects in Middle East region
