Main Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring that company clients are billed accurately. Issuance of invoices in accordance with corporate guidelines. The Senior Billing Analyst will also work closely with other B2C analysts and specialists to manage customer receipts, disputes, and escalations to local operational and finance teams.

Specific Responsibilities

• Oversee the billing process, including invoice generation, account reconciliation, and billing data review.

• Review and manage large datasets to ensure customer billing accuracy.

• Establish and/or maintain contracts, billing rules, and transactions.

• Investigate and resolve complex billing issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional peers to ensure precise and efficient billing practices.

• Assist in the training and development of other billing analysts.

• Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and transactions.

• Supervise the company’s revenue intake.

• Analyze billing procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Create analytical reports and present them to supervisors.

• Participate in monthly and quarterly audits and clean-up activities.

• Detect and resolve errors in billing operations.

• Cooperate closely with the AR team on any other customer-related matters.

Profile

• Academic Background: Professional degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

• Experience: Between 2 to 3 years of professional experience.

• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office tools; Advanced Excel.

• Languages: English (B2 - C1 level).
