Position Title: Billing & Posting Specialist Location: Only candidates from Perú Schedule: Monday–Friday, within 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (Shift will fall inside this window, not a 12‑hour shift) English Level: Advanced (9.0–10.0)

**🧾 Role Overview: **

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and reliable Billing & Posting Specialist with solid experience in outpatient PT billing. This role focuses on accurate claim processing, payment posting, and maintaining high‑quality financial records within EMR systems.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Billing primary and secondary claims within 24 hours of receipt. Running EMR reports for accounting purposes (A2C, Therabill, TheraOffice, Prompt, WEBPT preferred). Managing and updating the Unbilled List. Batching and submitting electronic claims through the clearinghouse. Reviewing, correcting, and re‑billing flagged denials. Daily posting and balancing of payments (insurance + patient). Entering data accurately into the EMR system. Performing daily cash posting.

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of outpatient PT billing experience, with strong expertise in payment posting. Proficiency with EMR systems used for PT billing (TheraOffice, A2C/Clinic Controller, Therabill, Prompt, WEBPT). Experience working with Medicare and multiple commercial insurance carriers (Aetna, CareFirst BCBS, Cigna, etc.). Understanding of plan differences (e.g., HMO vs. PPO) is a significant plus. Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and reporting skills. Ability to collaborate closely with a team leader and operate within a 3‑person team. Highly dependable and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
