Role Overview

We are seeking a Billing & AR Specialist who will own the complete billing lifecycle and support receivables to ensure timely customer payments. You will work closely with US operations and finance teams to ensure that invoices are accurate, complete, and delivered on time with proper documentation.

Your work directly contributes to revenue recognition and cashflow predictability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the billing cycle and uphold quality standards and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams/partners to ensure complete billing inputs.
• Prepare professional invoices and maintain organized, audit-ready records.
• Provide clear status updates and resolve routine billing questions.
• Support accounts receivable by ensuring correct backup, delivery tracking, and payment acknowledgment follow-ups.
• Share invoice summaries and assist in resolving short payments or disputes.
• Review incoming paperwork for fairness and consistency; flag discrepancies or unusual entries for clarification.
• Perform basic data integrity checks to ensure information is accurate, true, and unaltered; escalate concerns appropriately.
• Suggest simple improvements to templates, file structure, and workflow.

Requirements:
Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or related fields.

Experience:

• 2+ years in Billing / Accounts Receivable / Finance Operations for US or global clients
(Logistics, construction, or BPO industry preferred)

Key Skills:

• Excellent English communication — calls & email etiquette
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Ability to work with accuracy under tight timelines
• Highly reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
